Gave me a price to take a tree down, was suppose to cut and put all to the curb. Paid him 500.00 to do the job, then when they left, everything wasnt taken to curb. The big logs are all over my property and can not be moved, because they are to heavy. It is a mess. So i called him back and he said he would finish it. But then again he wanted another 250.00 to cut all the big pieces and take to dump. Also the branches he loaded to the curb the township was suppose to take, but he put branches in the pile that was over 9 inches in diameter, so no one will take that either. So for 250.00 more he was going to do the rest. He said he require 125.00 now and the other 125.00 when completed. He was suppose to come this past wednesday and never showed, i called again friday and left message and he never called back, so i called again saturday and left a nasty message, and i guess he got scared and he called me right back and said he would be here for sure this past sunday and will have it all cleaned up. Never showed, so i called again after work today and left another message to either get over here and finish the job or give my money back, so far no return call. My husband and i are senior citizens and we can not go out there and cut that stuff up let alone lift it. This man has to be stopped before he rips other people off. His name is mr. Todd and all i knows is he lives in brigantine n.J. And his telephone number is (personal information removed). I want him reported and i want my money for a job he didnt do. I told him to either get over here at my house tomorrow and finish the job or i want my money back, i also told him i was going to report him to the local police dept and better business bureua. Please let me know if yous can help me, i have no money for a lawyer then having to miss work to go to small claim court. Please get back to me
He charged me $250.00
gave him $125.00 to start the job and never did.
