Rocky Davis I was ripped off for $1050.00

I hired Arbor Experts of Texas to remove 3 dead trees in my back yard and trim a pine tree at the side of my house. Now I have 3 tall tree stumps in my back yard as well as logs and tree limbs. On the side of the house in the driveway they left the limbs that were trimmed from the pine tree. He was supposed to do the job and haul away the logs and limbs. During the job the worker damaged my patio awning and several of the limbs hit my roof and back of my house. I have called numerous times to see when he would be back to finish the job and he always has an excuse like, "the axle on both my trailers broke and I won't be able to finish until it is fixed", "I blew out a tire and wasn't able to come", "my phone battery is going out you will have to call back." I paid this man $1050.00. He said he is "a man of his word and will finish the job." I have since found reviews done on this man and he has done the same thing to them. He took their money and then gave excuses on why they couldn't finish the job but always promised they would. I have even told them I am going to file a civil suit and report him to the BBB and this does not phase him. I am now going to have to pay someone else to finish this job and I am not wealthy. I am a Senior Citizen and I have to work everyday to make a living. I can ill afford to lose that much money. I am going to do everything I can to get my money back. I am not afraid of retaliation from this company because what I am saying is the TRUTH!
