Lifesaver interlock doesnt stand by their product. - Yamaha lower unit

The lifesaver interlock has locked me out even though I've had alcohol, as I no longer drink. I now have to pay to have it reset. I've been out of work with a back injury and I'm set to head back in two days. I have 5 days to reset. Meaning I will have to ask for time off on my first week back to have something done that I don't have the money for and was no fault of mine. No resets on sat or after 4 during the week.installer tells me they get locked out of lifesaver's system. Nice of them not to tell you this.
