IRobot Roomba, buy Samsung instead

Purchased my Roomba August only use it when I am at home in SA and not working in UK. Been using it now for 7 months in total. Realised that it no longer works, brushes not turning, found that the gears were completely clogged, cleaned it, still not works, gears are worn. I do not know how the dirt gets into the gears, the casing should be sealed properly, and no where in the manual do they mention to clean the gears. Not my fault their product is a FLOP. They refuse to post me the light plastic gears, will only supply a new cleaning head module, which I have to buy because my warranty expired. Now I have an expensive useless ornament!!! I can supply photo's of my Roomba, even the brushes are still new.
