Unreliable product

Have had this device on my business vehicle for 2 months and it registers fails even though I have no alcohol in my system due to the fact of not drinking. I have had to pay to have system downloaded early on top of monthly fee. I feel this is a scam to benefit the companies involved to profit from my one time error in judgement.
