Lifesafer is the worst ignition interlock company to ever deal with! My car while parked was totaled by a drunk driver hit and run. Obviously I couldn't drive the car and immediately told Lifesafer that I would be getting a new car and need a new device. After one week of being promised that I would get a call from the manager at my state's lifesafer's office, I called them. Needless to say I had to pay them to go and get it uninstalled in the totaled vehicle and also explain to them that they would need to drive it to the shop I was getting it installed! Had I not, I would of had wasted yet another day without driving and they would have made another excuse! Their customer service center is located in Ohio, and I would say that most of them are very very uneducated, in fact probably is a requirement to work there! I have 1 month of this BS and I cannot wait to get it out of my car and be done!!!
