Miscellaneous

I was trying to sell a fifth wheel on line. When i received an email from a gentleman saying he was on oceanographer and he was interested in the purchase of my camper. We talked for a while and he convinced me that the safest way to do this transaction was through PayPal. I agreed And His second email said he ran ino a problem with the shipper. And that he would add 950.00 on to my pay off balance. If i would send the money to the shipper for him... Like an idiot i agreed. Next day I received an email from "paypal" saying i needed to send the shipper $1500.00 for insurance for the protection of the buyer seller agreement. And once again i did... A day later I got another notice from"paypal"stating in needed to send $1250.00 to the shipper for road worthy and title inspection. At this point a friend came over and was looking at the emails and moused across the address tab in the inbox for these emails and they changed from "service@paypal" to "paypal@automobiletransaction.com" He told me not to send any more money and to forward the emails to "spoof@paypal" and I did and they answered back telling me they were Phising scams. I lost money to a sight claiming and looking like PAYPAL...
