I dropped off a cash payment in sealed envelope at 8:35 pm 12-21 with witnesses present and they later said they did not get the money. The office manager said I was lying about it and was rude, then when I said well I have witness that were present and saw me drop the payment the same way I had for years. It is obvious someone took the money being Christmas time. I asked for the GM to call me back and he never did so I kept calling until finally getting him on the phone today. He was a sarcastic smart ass and when I told him the building was locked, I have witnesses who watched me drop the money, he said well... We don't have it. Then basically laughed at me filing a complaint. So I am going to hit every ripp off website in the Nation and I have already called Utility management Services in Nashville. This company has an "F" rating at the BBB and is known for treating customers like garbage because they think you can do nothing about it. Well we will see about that..
