We purchased the complete DVD Set of Bonanza for Christmas 2012. Was told it was too late to receive for Christmas. But would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks i contacted them. They stated they reshipped. We are now 2 weeks past that reshipment and i emailed again 2 days ago and they said it could take 2-3 weeks. Not holding my breath.
But we filed a grievence with our credit card company and they are investigating. We got credited but they can still come back and dispute our reversal of charge.
Don"t buy from these people!!! Crooks!
