I ordered a DVD box set from this company on December 17th of and received a shipping confirmation on December 18th. Prepared for the Christmas season to delay deliveries and aware it could take up to three weeks I thought nothing of it when I didn't get it for Christmas, or even at new Years.
However, as of the day of this complaint (Feb. 28th) I have still not received this order after numerous communications with this company. First they say it was shipped and they were investigating. After two weeks of nothing, I contacted them again and they told me it was stuck at customs (which makes no sense, as it was supposedly being shipped from one Canadian city to another). After ANOTHER two weeks I attempted to contact them again, demanding a refund, and the e-mail bounced back to me, where I also learned the sight was now down.
