I purchased $11.00 and $25.00 on credits and was charged $100.00 I received nothing for the $100.00 that was taken. I called bank and was told to contact Facebook in order to get my money back, I called the number I found in my account and was given a web site that was insecure and I couldn't get through. I would like to get my money back. They took $100.00 and I didn't get any credits I don't want the credits I want my money. What do I do?
