I have been a customer for 2o years and was appalled at the level of competency and lack of personal service I received. I was told that it was my own neglect for paying for a particular service that my device could not even support even after I specifically asked for that service to be removed. It became less about the credit and more about the acknowledgement of the mistake they made, but they continued to blame me and couldn't understand why it was annoying to continue to offer me additional 20.increments as I escalated issue through management.
