Craftsman 16 Ga Finish naile

I looked up the needed part on line part #4357.00 it said no longer available.
So I went to the chat line, with out any satisfaction. They said to call the local repair facility.
First of all no one will answer the phone at 216 351-3279 Parts repair facility in Cleveland, Ohio I left 2 phones calling this number for more than 2 hours. This is inexcusable.
I can't believe no one will help with this problem. The response is if the part is no longer available you will need to replace the nailer. I do realize this nailer is a few years old but a $1.00 plastic part causes my nailer to become a boat anchor!
My issues were not resolved to any satisfaction
If this is the case I will not buy another Craftsman product.
I work in the construction industry and tell everyone I know parts are not available when there needed on any equipment a few years old.
