I got a pay day loan from one company named VIP loan for 300.00. When I attempted to pay them off I d recieved an e mail requesting a a payment on a 500.00 loan from e finance. I did not request this 500.00 loan and I never spoke with anyone or signed anything accepting this loan. When I contacted The VIP loan center about paying off the 300.00 loan I found out that they were connected and already had my information. When I requested answers and to speak with a supervisor the customer service rep was quite nasty and unprofessional insisting that I requested this loan and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I was yelled at and totally disrespected by the customer service rep. Also the pay period is not my scheduled pay period from my job so they are going to request 150.00 from my my account as well as the 500.0 on the 8th of this month and there won't be any money in that account that won't be there because I don't get paid for another 2 weeks. I feel that I have been decieved and disrespected just because I asked for a loan for a short period of time. They already had information and said that they deposited money that I never requested into my account.
I Need some action taken. I live pay check to paycheck and don't have an extra 500.00 to give to a money hungry decieving company who takes advantage of people who are having a rough time. I want them to take responsibility for their actions and punish the person who processed this loan without my authorization.
