Since October washer has not been functioning properly. It flooded the basement at least 7 times which we cleaned up at our own expense. Frequent requests to replace the washer fell on deaf ears. Early in January we had similar problems. Future Shop did not send anyone to look at the problem until January 15th. Apparently the tub and liner need to be replaced which probably would cost them more than a new washer. As of today, they are not giving us an idea on a replacement and seem to be giving us the run around. We have been going all over the place trying to get our laundry done. One member of the family is seriously ill and is having major surgery shortly including other treatments and cannot afford to remain without a washer. Our case number with Future Shop is 25981095.
