I discovered yesterday that I have been paying $9.99/month for "data services" for some time that I assumed was a Verizon wireless charge. I was advised it was a 3rd. Party charge which I know nothing about.in attempting to reach "sms-helppdesk.com", my e-mails are undelivered. I cancelled this service yesterday, but the charge has already been added to my wireless invoice, and I would like to get this charge returned to me-I don't know how I can recoup previous charges, or if I can succeed in recouping this particular charge. I feel I have been scammed for a long time!!!
