Tenspex / supreme optical is a scam!!! I purchased a frame online at www.tenspex.com and their return policy states that they accept returns and exchanges. I needed to exchange the frame and when I called them they only had a message machine. I left my name and number several times as well as contacted them via email. Funny, they were very responsive when I wanted to buy the frame... Apparently they don't respond to phone or email if you want to return something. I sent the frame back (delivery confirmation) and they opened the box, destroyed the contents then sent it back to me. I filed a dispute of charges with Visa who is now investigating the scammers.
