I contracted for computer technical support. I talked to a rep in early January but when I called back later, the phone numbers didn't work. I finally spoke with a rep last week with the help of another company and demanded my money back because I had been scammed. They promised to have billing call back which did not happen. My credit card company is investigating my disputed charges.
