My truck was picked up By Ray Essex Driven from my home to his shop for warrenty work leaking pump seal for the 3rd time. I tried hundreds of times to get him to answer his phone over the period of sevral months with no avail so I personaly went to his shop to pick up my truck fixed or not as my patiance was done. He was there said it was ready and we walked out to get it from his back storage lot he asked me to look under my truck as he claimed there was trans fluid on the ground I looked there was no fluid on the ground then he insisted that I go under my truck I did Thats when I noticed my drive shaft, and my 4x4 transfer case was missing sevral internal and external parts. I also noticed my truck was parked on a steep hill with the remainder of the front differential fully engauged to keep it from rolling down the hill, note this vehicle must be running and moved for the front differential to engauge as it is electrical and vaccum operated for engaugement so who ever took the parts had full access to my keys. He allowed me to call the city police to file a theft report later during the investigation the Chief of Interlachen PD finds out that Ray Essex had filed a theft report 2 weeks prior with the putnam county sherriffs dept and never told me or The interlachen PD just acted like he knew nothing of the theft up til it was discovered by Interlachen PD. I have a small claims case filed in putnam county after he demanded I remove my truck in pieces from his shop Ray Essex said he has no insurance on his bussness and he cannot get insurance, I called Dept of agriculture and consumer they advised me it is a legal requirement to have insurance on a bussiness in the state of Florida. I have been without use of my truck for over 1 year now and this man needs to be shut down Thanks Roger Niehaus
