Said I needed $281.00 worth of work. Work needed is for 4x4. I have a 2 wheel truck

I took my truck in for a oil change. No Problem
when finished, I was told I needed $281.00 worth of work done.
Front Differential $39.00, Rear differential, $39.00, Transfer Case $39.00, and other things.
My complaint is this. I was quoted these three prices because I figured they we checked and needed the work done.
The work needed is for a 4X4 Truck. I have a 2 wheel truck. I dont have a transfer case, a front differential. So How could I need this work to be done if I dont have it?
If I was stupid enough to bring it in to have the work done, what would they have done? What would I have really paid for if I dont have these items on my truck?
I should bring it back to find out
