Ripoff while my vehicle was in for warenty work the rims and tires were stolen and i was told the truck was not ready and it turns out the theft was 2 weeks prior

While my truck was in this so called shop for warrenty work that should have taken no longer than 1 week. The rims and tirews were stolen in about the 3rd week they had the truck in about the 5th week "Van" tells me it is ready but theres a problem. He informs me of the theft and tells me he has already called the police (turns out this is false) and while at the manassas shop waiting for police it comes to light (from nieghboring shop the theft was acually 2 weeks prior.

Van put on tire and wheels that look like came from a junk ysrd (i would not trust theese tires on a bicycle) and not only are they someones trash they are not even the proper size for the truck (1995 chevy s-10 should have 15" theese are 14) he claims to have contacted his insurance but i do not bekieve him because he will not give that info to me.

I am not saying he stole them but his outright liying to me about the truck being ready negated any kind of investigation the police could have preformed
