I too was scammed by this company. I feel really embarrassed I fell for their scam. RDalton's review helped me very much. I called the number again and asked for their supervisor. As soon as I mentioned lawyer she said she could refund me 50 now but I have to wait for the response of the billing dept (Who I had to e-mail) to see if I can get the remainder of the money. Has anyone received any satisfaction from their E-Mails? You can't even talk to the billing dept over the phone. I will gladly send this mediocre watch I received back. I just want the remainder of my money.
