I got a watch, which was not what was promised. Sent it back, for $5.98. I received a bill for $98. Called them and they told me they would cancel. Called my credit card holder, they could not get in touch with them. I had not received anything until 2 weeks later after my credit card carrier canceled it. Two weeks later I received another package, opened it, because Naromax's policy is not to return it to sender. I then had to pay postage for it to send it back.
I cancelled my card and was sent a new one, but before it got cancelled, I was charged antoer $49. For a watch. I received two watches, sent them back and I guess I was charged for a third watch Which has not been received. (who needs three watches for that much money when you can go to Wal Mart and bury nicer ones for less than $20.
I called Naromax and found I was supose to contact Naromax Billing. They gave me a cancellation number and you can not cancel the product. Call you card no. And file a compaint. My credit card carrier said they had received several calls about this company and filed a complaint against them too.
