Had just ordered a case from the site, and was feeling it was a little sketchy after the "fashionpay" portal so I did some research and found the other complaints here.
When I found this I immediately tried to cancel the order via e-mail. They responded with "Thank you for your order from http://www.case2case.net. We have received your order 108024754 and the item is under arrangement right now, could you tell us why do you want to cancel it?" after explaining we didn't feel the items they are selling are legit and wanted to cancel they followed with "Why do you think they are true before you received the item, you can return it to us after you received it if you think it is not genuine, of course, we believe our items are all genuine." so apart from the broken english we said we just want to cancel we don't want any other explanations. At this point they ignored us and have not responded since. All of this happened on the 9th. Within 4 hours of the initial order.
