I ordered an item which they said they sent with another item but I never received it! It was only a $7.00 item and they went around with me for 3 months and never sent me a new one I would think a bi Henderson

I ordered an item which they said they sent with another item but I never received it! It was only a $7.00 item and they went around with me for 3 months and never sent me a new one I would think a big company such as this would just give the customer the item. They just kept telling me I received it and they would not send a new one! I think in this case the company could have taken a loss of just a few dollars and made me the customer happy! If I had received it then why would I make myself so crazy and keep fighting with them!!
