I cancel october, 24 because one month after I have any news. I talk on the phone with Lynday Swartz regarding my visa and she told me that I will received a credit card without interest by mail, 2 weeks after I received a letter from MBNA, Your application has been declined because I have a history of past due PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT, I call back and somebody told me on the phone my file was close because I make a complaints with BBM.
