Premium Advantage
Ripoff I thought it was a legitimate offer until I stumbled upon this web site

I was notified by a representative of Premium Advantage on October 22. I was told I was pre-approved for a credit card with a $5000 limit. No annual fees no interest, etc. Sounded like a scam. But after requesting the address and phone number of the company I felt more comfortable. So I authorized the one-time fee of $299.95.
I thought I would search for a website for them to follow up on the status of the card. And I came across this website and was absolutely shocked. I am definately going to file a report with anyone and everyone I can and hopefully will be able to get my money back.
A few weeks later they deducted $19.95 from my account, without my authorization. I am assuming this is for the road-side assistance I declined in the beginning. It amazes me how companies can get away with this.
Thanks to everyone involved putting this site together. Obviously if I knew it existed, I wouldn't be writing this letter.
