Miscellaneous

I received a call on my phone about 8:00 AM from Mark saying I had won second prize in the Publishers Clearing House. He said it was $785,000 tax free. I had to pay a deposit of $3,375 and when he found out I only received $1,500 a month from Social Security he agreed to settle for that amount because He knew I would be receiving it this Friday. He said it was for a bond and I would receive it back after the money was legally received by me on Saturday, so it would not cost me anything. Then I talked to Michael Fisher who said he was from the US Customs and Border Control. He referred to the USA Patriot Act 2002 Title 3. He confirmed that it was legitimate. Since he called me I used my caller ID and was given the number 516-855-4400 as the number that called me the second time.
After saying I would not pay any money to receive "My Prize" I Hung up.
When I called the police to report it as a scam, they referred me to you.
