It would be a premium exit delivery with security #SN00168. Do no open if envelope is not yellow with golden trim. I was advised not to tell anyone because he would'nt want anything to happen to me and my family. I asked for a verification number and was given the name of Mark Thomas 516-855-4823 extension 2000 as his contact number and was constantly advised not to tell anyone anything.
