I tried to pay for an electric trolling motor using paypal. Paypal notified me that they could not pay, giving no reason. There is plenty of money in my account. Paypal has transacted business w/me before and stated that my phone number was incorrect. Today, the 28th, I get an email that paypal was going to pay for the motor out of my account.
I have already made arrangements to pay using a credit card. When i tried to call and get this straightened out all i got was recordings that were not relative. Please straighten this out. I don't want to pay twice.
