I purchased an ipod nano 6th generation 16GB from totallyhightech.com. They did not accept credit/debit cards, and asked me to purchase a green dot money pak card. So i did. They said they would send me a conformation email within 24 hours of my purchase, which was placed on Dec. 2nd. It it now Dec. 16th, no package has come. I emailed the company about a week ago, no response. Tried to call their customer service, went to voicemail. I have emailed them twice in the past two days, still no reply.
