Ordered 2 Apple Ipod Touch 4th Generation 32GB Ipods at $161.99 each on 02-05. Got email confirmation thanking me for placing order. On 02-06 sent GreenPak moneycard for $323.98 by email to Techproductz. Got confirmation on receipt of money and a confirmation#. Tech productz emailed me back saying ITEMS would be shipped out 02-07-12 and I would get UPS tracking# within 24 hrs. RECEIVED NOTHING until 02-10 12 from LISA (CUSTOMER CARE TEAM MEMBER) for Techproductz stating they were out of stock when I ordered. They would be getting ITEMS back in 02-20-12-SHIPPED SAME DAY. I would get new CONFIRMATION NUMBER & UPS TRACKING#within 24 hrs. Should have been shipped 02-20-12 with me getting items within 3-5 days. Today is 03-03. I have received nothing yet. Would like my money back from these scammers. ALSO got online 03-02-12 and seen FIFTH TELEPHONE# ON THEIR WEBSITE. Save yourself the time and don't call-you will never talk to anyone and will get no callbacks. TechProductz GET'S YOUR MONEY AND RUNS. They need stopped. Anonymous
