BOA for 3 years had said that I was behind on my loan, but could never give me what month (s). When I got my first statement (s) from the company I was not showing being behind. My statements in 12/09 did not show me being behind, then 1/10 they started showing me being months behind, but would never tell me which months. Finally last year they started to foreclose on the home.including legal fees, checking out the home, and did return my 10/12 payment. I finally send them a check for about $7,100, which was also for Oct and Nov. They posted the amount of July, August, Sept, Oct and Nov I can show my checks for July, August and Sept and they letter which return my Oct Payments. They are showing that my home was checked many times on the same day in Nov, 12 for about $700.00. And it would be nice if they would actually drop the loan amount for amount of the five payments. This has hurt my credit, I can show from my other account that I have not missed a payments on anything in recent years. Help please, The Jan date is not correct, but it would not allow me to post the correct date from last year.
