The order I placed for a Christmas gift for my son's 93 Nissan was placed on 12/17. They stated a tracking # would follow. I never received a tracking # and reported this to Pay Pal, who I went through to secure this purchase. I e-mailed Janice Poole @ Custom Interiors on 12/25 & 12/27 asking just for an update as to the progress of the order and have received no response. I was feeling that I had been duped. Since this was an open case with Pay Pal, Customer Interiors on 12/29 notified me via e-mail that item was ready to ship. My mind was made up to cancel the whole transaction and get a full refund and I told them such. They mentioned to me the dispute would have to be closed before they could ship or I can refuse shipment and they could cancel order and refund my Pay Pal. I authorized them to cancel order. As of today 1/27 no reversal has been made, nor have I received the merchandise promised.
