Citi made a mistake on our morgage payment in but even with solid proof from our bank statements and paperwork, will not fix the problem, which is leading to mounting late fee's and a delinquency in our morgage. 26 yrs.in ourhouse, never missed a payment. Since our morgage was sold 5 yrs. Ago, we've had nothing but problems. I'm talking for hundred's of people with the same or simular problems with citi bank. I've read so many horror storys on citi's complaint list on the computer yesterday, i was in shock. This company is setting up good people and forcing them into eventully losing there homes and life savings, plus wrecking there credit. It would not take long, if you check them out, to see what there up to. Please help.
