I was contacted by UMC regarding restructuring my home mortgage via the Obama program allowing for claims for hardship. They asked me to work with Kat Capital for finalization of the restructured loan. I have been doing this since April. They have strung me along requesting more and more documentation. They told me that I was approved in November. I am still waiting... I paid UMC close to $3000 and have nothing to show for it...
