My consultants name that hooked me in was Patrick Kojima. After taking all my information, financial etc. He told me I was approved for a 2.5% refinanced loan. All I had to do was pay the $3995.00 fee (which I did) He also informed me to no longer PAY MY MORTGAGE to my existing company as United Mortgage Consulting now owned my mortgage. I was then to start dealing with Diana Green, my Document Specialist. We are now in August, I have yet to receive my NEW MORTGAGE information, my house is now going into foreclosure and I am forced to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I have reported this company to my local Police Department, BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. I have also requested the help of local media to expose this scam. And although the website GUARANTEES 100% refund... I have yet to see my $3995.00 fee refunded, which would greatly help me at this moment with legal fees and in the search of a new home!!!
