United first mortgage - rip off company! / dishonest!

We just purchased a home and used Mr. Joshua Richards from United First Mortgage as our mortgage broker. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UNITED FIRST MORTGAGE! They did nothing but lie to us throughout the entire process and they are completely unprofessional. Every step of our home buying process was difficult as they couldn't seem to provide us with any of our required legal documentation that every mortgage broker is supposed to give! Everything kept getting pushed back because of the dishonest actions of this broker, and when we closed on our house he hid charges in the HUD statement that we had to pay without our knowledge or consent!!!

We are very disappointed, we've been lied to by this company, and we will make sure everyone knows that this company is everything but professional. Do not do business with united first mortgage! Liars!
