Atlantic Magazine Services Inc. Ericka Johnson rip-off! Dishonest Fraudulent billing Misleading!

I was contacted on 11-13-04 they told me that all I needed to do is pay for shiping and it would be 49.74 every three months and it would not begian for two months I asked them when they were recording this that my account would not be charged right away becouse I did not have enough money in the account until I get payed. The lady said no it would not be billed to my credit card until I get the paper work in the mail and that would be about two weeks and I would have to sign it before they charged it.

The next day I went online to look at my bank account and there was the charge of 49.74 So on 11-16-04 at about 2 PM I callled and talked to a lady named Ericka Johnson at 1-800-331-6168 told her about what happend she asked me to hold and then she played the tape they recored on the 13th she hurd were I told them not to charge my account and where the lady said they would not.
Ericka then told me that she would cancle my account at that point and that was on the 16th.

As of the 22nd the charges are still on my account so I called back and talked to Ericka and she tells my now that she cant help me becouse it has been over 5 days now and that she did not tell me that she would cancle my account.

I told her about our talk on the 16th and now she tells me that she did not say that and the charges had to stay on but I can call 1-800-789-7101 and talk to them beouce after 5 days she cant talk to my any more I asked why not becouse dhe was the one that help me on the 16th and said she would handle it. I have called this number 3 times and get a recording so I have left my name and number each time and have not gotten any phone calls back.
This company nedds to be shut down and stopped and not let it happen to anyone else.
