Account was charged without consent

This company charged my account 19.95 i did however catch it the next day i also talked to the company and had to do the run around with their pointless phone system only to go onine to speak with a rep this is our conversation:

Alanna: good morning i need to kow what this company is
Ericka: May I have your last name?
Alanna:

Alanna: i recieved a notice from my bank that there was an atempt to take 19.95 out of my account and i did not authorize this how do i go about getting this problem fixed

Ericka: One moment while I check in our database.

Alanna: and it was a returned check so i was also charged a 30dollar fee for my the check being returned

Alanna: i want the 29.54 put back into my account

Ericka: Did you applied for a loan or some type of cash advance?

Alanna: because that is what i am negative no i did not

Alanna: no i did not want any thing i did how ever recieved a strange card in the mail how ever i did not sign up for any thing

Alanna: i am telling you i did not sign up for any thing now i dont know if any one has my information but i did not sign up for this

Alanna: and i want my account credited back

Ericka: Sure one moment.

Alanna: is it by check?

Ericka: Yes.

Alanna: you took it directly out of an account but you cannot put it directly back

Alanna: ACH it back

Ericka: I'm sorry but that is our refund policy for this company.

Alanna: why

Alanna: you took it out put it back credit it back to the acount?

Ericka: Per the terms and conditions that you agreed too.

Alanna: i did not agree to any thing

Ericka: I'm sorry but that is our refund policy for this company.

Alanna: i have stated that many times now

Ericka: There is nothing more I can help you.

Alanna: this is something that i did not agree to

Alanna: i can tell you this i will report your company to the BBB

Ericka: Okay that is fine.

Ericka: Have a wonderful day.

Ericka: Goodbye.

Alanna: i better recieve a check i n the mail

Ericka: You will.

This was our conversation i did save it for my records... However even though i was told and have record that they said i would be refunded i have filed with my bank to have my account fixed also have filed with the better business bureau.
