Partial hone recording scams and false information, as well fraudulent credit transactions

I had a magazine subscription thorugh this company that I paid in full a few years ago. When the subscription was up they called me and told me that I was a great customer and that they wanted to give me two years free. I asked 4 times to make sure I wasnt being charged.

The lady on the phone told me i wouldnt be charged but I would recived a bill that I didnt have to respond to, and she transfered me to the billin department to verify my address and info. 2 months later i received a call about a delinquent payment which I argued about, and they played the recording.

The recording, however, was only the part going over my billing information and they denied the fact that I talked to someone else. I refused to pay them, but a few montsh later my bank sent me a letter saying I owed them 185 dollars in overdraft fees. Magazine services of america had charged my card 2 days in a row for approximately 40 dollars without my permission!

They currently have me sent to collections and I am filing a small claims law suit against them. I feel that they need a class action lawsuit brought up against them for the credit card charges seeing as how more people other than myself have had to deal with this company unethical credit scams.
