I was charged for over a year for internet at home that was cancelled and NEVER connected. I was told I could turn of my Galaxy Tab without being charged a termination fee when that was a lie. Then I was sold 2 phones that could have been fixed and had a phone line added that I am being made to pay for and am not using.
