I purchased Kaspersky Pure for computer protection. I was getting an error message about there being a compatibility issue. I called Itechline and a guy asked me if he could take remote control of my computer. I, thinking this was endorsed by Kaspersky, allowed it. The guy ran a command prompt "root" and showed me there were viruses. He said for $199 he could remove it. I figured it had to be a scam. I did not pay, but I do worry that he installed something on my laptop that is infectious or dangerous in some way. Don't fall for this scam!
