Purchased 2 units of Kaspersky Pure Total Security @ $200.installed on all six computers but 3-4 days later a prompt from kaspersky stated we installed on too many computers. Attempted to contact numerous
times this past Tues to get resolved, on hold..., eventually left voice message to call. No return calls.
Had to delete from my computer so no longer have protection. Purchased for 6 computers, installed on
six computers, deleted on one computer to allow for work. Now they don't want to fix problem or return phone calls. Web site a joke for customer service. At one point used virtual customer service and was extremely unproductive. Want resolution.
