Slander and Extortion

This business has been posting slanderous information about my company. They have not verified any of the information that they are posting. They have refused to stop posting slanderous information even though they have been asked several times. They are pretty unresponsive, they do not return calls the same or the next business day. They have recently stated that they would send me a fax related to a complaint, and then they never sent me the fax, I have all the conversations recorded. The act as if they are above the lawThey do not try to verify if a complainer has any reasonable justification for making a complaint either on moral or legal grounds, they do not review the contract, they do not insist that the complainer provide backup documentation before starting their publicized slander against what could be a company acting properly. They try to get companies to pay them money, and if they don't, then the upgrade their slander with a worse grade. If you start paying them money, and then stop paying them money, then they will treat you like dirt.

In one case, shortly after I stopped paying them money, they mailed a complaint letter which I received on a Friday afternoon, then on Monday night, they immediately started a slander campaign which involved listing my company as an F rating and posting negative (and unsubstantiated comments).

This is a company that has lost it's footing in reality, this company attempts to extort payment to avoid slander. This company sends out so many emails, they must be routed to the spam box. This company pretends that they are just a middle player, however, if you don't play by "their rules" they will start slandering you, even though they haven't verified any information.
