Slanderous comments allowed on a site they own

This company hosts/owns a website www.socnet.com This site has posted false, slanderous, and defaming informationabout our company on its site. We have requested removal, or correction at the very least to no avail. We also cannot get a contact address for the website in question for attorney contact information. This slander is hurting our business.
