I have ordered leather sofa with the value of £2,064.00. The sales staff in Hounslow were excellent and fully convinced me to make an order.

However the part they did not realise to have no control was the delivery which was a disaster and bad experience for me.

The delivery staff called me two days before and sent me a confirmation text that they will deliver on 17/01 between 1.00 Pm to 4.00Pm. When they arrived they told me look for someone to help me because they are not going to take to my flat which is first floor. When I ask them why, they answered that it is the company policy that they can only deliver to ground floor. I explained that, I have already paid the delivery charge when I ordered the items. But they ignored me and insisting that they have nothing to do with Harvey.

I was also shocked when they asked me to pay £ 40.00 so that they solve the whole issue and take the items to my flat.

I went back to the shop in Hounslow and complained to the staff at that time. I called them to explain exactly what they told me to the sales staff but they changed it and replied that A washing machine was blocking the entry. That was complete and utter lies.

Harvey should not mislead the customers if they can not keep to their promise. I was disappointed because I believed in Harveys' brand but the delivery service was a total failure due to poor and unprofessional staff.

This are people who wanted to cone me and should not be allowed with such valuable items.
