Fraudulent, procrastinating, lies, lies, lies!

Having been a previous customer to American Freight I could never have anticipated the headache that buying from them again would cause. I bought several pieces of furniture for my new house. The staff was very helpful in picking it out and assured me that all I needed was a delivery day. I had been told that the sectional may take a week or so from that time to come in since it wasn't kept in stock. When I returned a week later, having previously paid off the balance, with my delivery date, I was informed that NOTHING was in stock and that it would be several weeks before anything would arrive.

Due to move in my house the following week, I was quite upset. Unfortunately this was only the beginning of my problems with A.F. From there I was given the run around for 6 weeks. Promises of my furniture arriving to the store on certain days just to be disappointed, furniture arriving but never informing me, forced to pay 4 delivery fees by the end, costing $69 a pop. I, myself, personally went in there to try to see what the problem was after 4 weeks and having only recieved one of the five pieces I had ordered. Although staff was apologetic, they were able to do nothing to help but tell me to wait longer and pay yet another delivery charge when the rest finally did show up. For the next two weeks, I called almost daily, just to get dates when the furniture would be sent to the store, still with no date given. I called the final time yesterday just to find out that it had already arrived, which I was not notified about as I was assured I would be. This has been nothing but a disaster that I would not recommend for anyone.
