Unauthorized $100 Charges Caused $40 Overdraft Fee, Refund Sought

Facebook took $100.00 out of my Wells Fargo checking account almost all week last week. I had already paid $88.00 earlier this month. I am on a fixed income. Now my bank has taken out $40.00 for an overdraft protection fee, and I have only twos and fews left in my accounts. I needed that money to live on for the rest of the month (I am also diabetic).

I may have pressed the wrong button when I decided to put together a payment plan with Facebook. I am computer illiterate. However, I would very much like to set up an affordable payment plan with Facebook, so both parties will be satisfied.

Therefore, I would like the last three payments, which came to $100.00, that Facebook sucked out of my accounts unauthorized, to be turned into a refund. Thank you for your time and your consideration.
