I had taken my granddaughter to two rehearsals. After the second day the instructor had said that she did not think my granddaughter was cut out for this, her being only 3 1/2 years old. I had asked what the age was and I was told 4. Although we thought she may be able to do this, the instructor had said she was to young. I had tried reaching people to see about refunding my money, with text messages, e mails phone calls. No response. Finally I was contacted Thurs. Jan 8th or 9th by the vice president of ipops and said that I would be contacted the next day to see if we can fix this matter. 2 days later I was contacted and again am told I will be contacted to resolve this matter.
